Salt, how much different can it really be????
Your average salt, (Ex) Mortons and even Sea Salts found in stores have items in them you would never think of! Here are a list of items found in salts sold all over the world.
* White sugar
* Maltodextrin (Carbohydrate artificially produced that still works like sugar)
* Anti-caking agents (When salt is heated, producer adds to prevent clumping)
* Retains water
These are just a few items l listed. Most are foreign substances, and harmful to our bodies. One has to ask: Why would you add sugar to my salt? When doctors and the media tell us salt is bad, you need ask what type of salt? Where does it come from and has anything been added?
Salt affects our nervous system and circulatory system. Commercial salt slows down the lymphatic system, which affect your body in general, as the garbage and inflammation trying to escape, is forced to sit longer in our bodies. Our blood pressure rises, as the blood is trying to move chemicals out of the body and away from the heart. Here are some causes one can have from using table salts with additives listed below:

* Thyroid imbalance
One has to think, how in the world can salt be so different? It all starts where the salt actually came from, how it is mined and how is it dried and packaged? Our Himalayan salt does not contain any of the items I have listed above. In fact, 85% of our salt is derived from a pure sodium chloride ratio and the rest of the %15 percent are the 84% traces of colloidal minerals. It is in a right ratio, when used with water to drink (Sole) or with food. Our bodies understand the natural form and help communicate and facilitate the salt within the cells of our bodies. Our salt is mined by hand, yes no machinery involved, washed by water and dried in the sun, so it takes time to dry the salt, but in a natural environment, not by a machine and at regular temperatures.
